Essential oils are highly effective natural remedies for calming our minds and relieving tension in our bodies; they work holistically to promote a deep sense of relaxation that has enormous benefits for our physical and mental wellbeing.
Certain essential oils have powerful sedative properties meaning they actively promote a sense of peace and calm, which can be extremely beneficial in helping you release nervous tension and let go of stress so you can get a good night’s sleep. SWEET DREAMS contains a blend of the most sedating essential oils to help you relax, and prepare your mind and body for a good night’s sleep.
DIFFUSER
Add 6 drops of Lavender or 6 drops Sweet Dreams to an ultrasonic diffuser and turn it on 30-60 minutes before bedtime. You can also place a diffuser in your bedroom to infuse your room with a calming aroma whilst you sleep. Choose a diffuser with an automatic cut off switch so it switches itself off when it runs out of water during the night.
AROMATIC BATH
In the evening, take an aromatic bath to help relax the body and unwind the mind. Simply combine 6 drops of Sweet Dreama with 6 drops of dispersant and add to a warm bath. Add Epsom Salts; they contain magnesium which assists with muscle relaxation. Optional – light some candles and listen to relaxing music.
SWEET DREAMS PILLOW SPRAY
Combine 6 drops of Sweet Dreams Blend (or blend 2 drops each of Lavender, Clary Sage & Marjoram) with 6 drops of dispersant into 100ml water. Fill mixture into a bottle with a spray top or mist dispenser. Shake before every use. Mist on and around your pillow shortly before bedtime. Make sure you label the bottle and keep it out of reach of children and pets. Discard any unused product after 2 weeks as it does not contain preservatives.
